Treatment Indications

Radial Shockwave Therapy, Engineered for Precision

UL Force Radial delivers extracorporeal shockwave therapy (ESWT) using a pneumatic pulse method: compressed air accelerates a projectile inside the handpiece, generating a pressure wave that transfers kinetic energy from the applicator into the skin and underlying tissue in a radial (dispersing) pattern.

The therapeutic effect works through three complementary mechanisms. Mechanically, the shockwave alters the chemical composition of the lesion site and stimulates the synthesis of new repair components. At the molecular level, it increases blood supply to the affected area — reducing inflammation and pain while helping clear calcific deposits. Analgesically, it overstimulates local nerve fibers, raising the patient's pain threshold and altering nerve cell membrane function to reduce pain perception.

The handpiece's applicator tip is made from high-strength titanium — three times stronger and lighter than iron or stainless steel, non-corrosive, non-toxic, and biocompatible. This allows the device to reach a treatment depth of up to 50mm while remaining safe for direct clinical use.
