Precision focused shockwave therapy

Ulforce Blue+ uses an artificially generated shock wave, controlling the amount of energy so that it accurately reaches the musculoskeletal system with lesions without harming the body. It promotes calcification and revascularisation around tendons and joints through physical changes in cell membranes.

A piezo-electric extracorporeal shockwave machine, it generates shock waves by the piezoelectric method and applies them to the body. When the waves are transmitted to the treatment area, the continuous interaction between transmitted energy and the biological response produces a therapeutic effect at the pain site — helping to restore lesions that have not easily improved.

Focus Shockwave Blue+ is indicated for a range of chronic musculoskeletal conditions — including rotator cuff tear, frozen shoulder, calcific tendinitis, tennis elbow, and trochanteric bursitis — where pain and restricted movement stem from tendon degeneration, calcific build-up, or soft-tissue inflammation. These are conditions that often plateau with rest or conservative care alone.
