Master of Spinal Therapy

TheraMaster is Shinhwa Medical’s flagship spinal therapy platform, built to work three ways: as a basic chiropractic table for manual manipulation using the James M. Cox and James Cyriax techniques, as a premium auto-decompression system running programmed technique sequences, or as a combination of both. Clinicians can treat manually, automatically, or blend the two within the same session.

The cervical and lumbar regions are each treated through dedicated functions (target angle adjustment, unilateral application, rotation application for the lumbar spine, and decompression therapy) built on Cox’s flexion-distraction principle and, for rotation, the Cyriax technique. An optional infrared function (up/down) can be applied during treatment to relax shortened muscles in rigid patients.

Four Core Therapy functions

• Core 1 — Decompression: a feedback-driven system for comfortable, effective disc decompression.
• Core 2 — Correction: configurable unilateral, rotation and level targets matched to the patient’s herniation pattern.
• Core 3 — Exercise prescription: three intensity levels (low, medium, high) with a 5-step angle set-up, dosed to patient tolerance.
• Core 4 — Program: automatic mode runs pre-programmed treatment sequences for consistent, hands-free delivery.
