Overview
EMFOCUS is an advanced system that combines focused shockwave and electromagnetic therapy in one unit. It offers dual-modality treatment for musculoskeletal conditions, specialized ED therapy protocols and a high-precision focused applicator for deep tissue penetration.
Because the energy is concentrated on a precise, localized point rather than spread across the surface, applicator position on the skin is far less critical, which reduces stress on the skin and superficial soft tissue while still treating effectively at depth. Clinicians can target defined anatomical depths from 0 to 65 mm, adapting the focal point to the condition being treated. This makes focused ESWT well suited to deeper musculoskeletal problems that radial shockwave often cannot reach comfortably.
