Treatment Indications

SPINE MT K-2 combines AI-based feedback decompression with multi-parameter, three-dimensional correction in a two-step protocol. Step 1 (Mobilization) treats the pelvis, spinal muscles, and facet joints as one connected system — using pelvis/sacral, rotation, twist, and gravity modes together, since spinal muscles and joints run interconnected from neck to pelvis. Step 2 (3D Decompression & Correction) then applies unilateral correction, Cyriax's rotation-distraction, or Cox's flexion-distraction — selected by herniation level (T12–S1, C0–T1), direction (medial/intermediate/lateral), and type (nuclear/annular/mixed).

Key technology behind this:

  • AI feedback decompression — checks and adjusts muscle tension in real time (0.02s response), decompressing without triggering the body's own resistance
  • Multifunctional parameters — inclination angle, lesion level, unilateral option, and stop position all tuned to the patient's specific condition
  • Sacral/pelvic correction — dedicated pelvic movement device for the sacrum and sacroiliac joint
  • Deep-tissue mobilization — rotation, twist, and distraction reach superficial through deep spinal muscles
  • Real-time monitoring — live decompression, muscle relaxation, and imbalance graphs, adjustable mid-treatment
  • Dynamic measurement — pre-treatment mobility/flexibility/balance testing (rotation resistance checked every 2°, up to 18°)

Four core modes — Decompression, Mobilization, 3D Correction, and Combination Therapy — can be run individually or together in a single session.
