Overview
The Intelect Transport 2 Combination Unit can be used with or without the optional cart; its lightweight, durable design and battery-powered option provide the versatility needed to treat patients and athletes in any professional environment. It is easy and intuitive to use and includes all the essential features needed to get patients moving. All combo units feature Chattanooga's proprietary VMS waveform, which enables stronger, more efficient muscle contractions, along with 13 other types of electrical current.
It provides symptomatic relief of acute and chronic pain associated with musculoskeletal conditions and management of post-operative pain, with improved ultrasound coupling detection and monitoring to ensure the patient receives the intended energy. Dual-frequency ultrasound (1 MHz or 3.3 MHz) is available with 2 cm², 5 cm² and 10 cm² applicator options, and improved battery life removes the need for excess cables for all-day portable use. A high-resolution colour screen, 15 custom-protocol memory slots and ultrasound coupling detection round out the unit.
