Cryo/Cuff® Cold Therapy System (Aircast)
The Aircast Cryo/Cuff combines focal compression with cold therapy to minimise haemarthrosis, swelling and pain. Anatomically designed cuffs deliver controlled cold compression to all major joints of the body, providing maximum coverage for optimum cryotherapy. Cuffs are simple to apply and remove and can be detached from the cooler at any time for mobility without interrupting treatment.
Coolers
- Cryo/Cuff IC Cooler (52A): integrated pneumatic pump in the lid provides a 45-second on / 30-second off cycle of automated compression and cold therapy; ideal for post-operative recovery, trauma, athletic training rooms and home use. Compatible with all Cryo/Cuff wraps.
- Cryo/Cuff Cooler (2125): uses gravity to deliver chilled water to an anatomically specific cuff; holds water and ice for 6–8 hours of cryotherapy. Includes tube assembly and insulation disk.
- AutoChill System (20B / 20BG-E): electronic pump automatically cycles and compresses air in the cooler to force chilled water into the cuff, maintaining continuous cold and soothing pulsating pressure without manual recycling.
