Feedback-driven cervical and lumbar decompression with mobilization

Short treatment, high success rate, fully customized

Overview

The Core of Spinal Therapy

Spine-MT CORE is a spinal decompression and mobilization system built around a simple promise: short treatment, high success rate, fully customized to the patient. It combines targeted cervical and lumbar decompression with mobilization and correction therapies in a single integrated platform, engineered to Shinhwa Medical’s global standard for spinal therapy.

Four integrated treatment pillars

  • Decompression: a real-time feedback system gently separates vertebral segments to relieve pressure on discs and nerves, comfortably and effectively.
  • Correction: fully target-configurable across unilateral adjustment, rotation and level, tailored to the patient’s herniation pattern.
  • Mobilization exercise: three intensity levels (low, medium, high) and five angle steps for the thoracic, lumbar, sacral and pelvic regions.
  • Program: Manual Mode for clinician-directed treatment, and Special Mode for a range of automatic, pre-set sequences.

Together these let the same platform move from precise segmental decompression to broader mobilization and exercise, all governed by the same feedback and program logic.

Treatment Approach by Indication
Indication Approach
Herniated nucleus pulposus Feedback-driven decompression creates space for the disc to move and applies a centripetal force that helps draw herniated material back in.
Degenerative disc disease Decompression and mobilization together relieve disc pressure and support the surrounding joints and muscles.
Scoliosis Unilateral correction and rotation address the asymmetric spinal and muscular imbalance underlying the curve.
Joint problems Mobilization intensity and angle settings gently restore range of motion in affected spinal joints.
Muscle imbalance Real-time left/right muscle tension monitoring lets treatment be adjusted mid-session.

Final protocols are set by the treating clinician.

Clinical Protocols

Indications

Recommended starting parameters by indication. Final protocols should be set by the treating clinician.

Herniated nucleus pulposus
HNP and degenerative disc disease, with feedback decompression that relieves disc pressure.
Scoliosis & muscle imbalance
Unilateral correction, rotation and real-time left/right tension monitoring for asymmetric imbalance.
Joint problems
Mobilization intensity and angle tuned to gently restore range of motion in spinal joints.
Degenerative disc disease
Decompression and mobilization together relieve disc pressure and support the surrounding joints and muscles as the disc degenerates.
