Description
The PERIPROBE® ANA 2STW is a re-usable internal electrode used for the re-education of incontinence through anal stimulation of pelvic floor; designed to give superb performance on processes like electrical stimulation or EMG biofeedback. The tool is wholly made of bio-compatible plastic material, with 2 gold plated transversal ring-like electrodes and is lightweight (20 gr. only) and completely nickel-free. Moreover, the PERIPROBE® ANA 2STW can be used up to 60 treatments. It can be cleaned with tap water and mild soap but can’t be sterilized. The tool’s customized shape enables the extended surface electrodes and the good impedance to match with the anal tissues. The wave shape to be used for the electrical stimulation is symmetrical bi-phasic (galvanic free).
